Sandy's Experience and Credentials:
Originally from Albany, NY, Sandy has a BA in psychology from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Social Work from Boston University. She was director of a family and children's program at Judge Baker Children’s Center, the first Child Guidance Clinic in the U.S. She then served as the first Director of Casey Family Services where she initiated a state wide foster care program for children and adolescents in Massachusetts.
Since moving to Florida in 1996 Sandy was the manager of the Child Protection team at Tampa General Hospital, and worked for several other agencies including Directions for Mental Health and the Pinellas County School System. Sandy also consulted at the Menorah Manor Nursing Home.
She presently has a private psychotherapy practice, where she sees individuals, couples and children.
