           Where do you practice on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I use my GTO Board between the kitchen counter and a dinning room chair. I look down, at first, to position my feet on the GTO Board. Then look forward, maybe watch TV, so I can let my body feel the GTO balance board.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           How do you feel the GTO Board helps your health?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It helps me with balance, as I work the different positions of the board. I use my finger tips to help with balance with a full squat.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What does the full squat on the GTO Board remind you to do regularly throughout the day?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It gives you confidence to squat down versus bending over improperly, when picking an object up off the ground.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What surprised you about the GTO Board's effectiveness in strengthening your muscles?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            For me, in only 5-7 minutes a day, I found you can accomplish so much!  And I saw the results within a short time, especially my lower abdominal muscles, which really help in my golfing and running activities.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           When you use the GTO Board consistently throughout the week, what are the benefits you feel?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When I work on it consistently, I don't feel any neck or back stiffness. And I feel my core muscles activated and this helps me to move properly throughout the day.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What would you say to someone who is thinking of purchasing the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           If you are looking to spark or increase your fitness journey, the GTO Board is the perfect place to start! Often I see so many people's health deteriorating because of a stagnate lifestyle. If your life has become stagnate, then this is the perfect product to begin to get you moving. Then once you are moving, the sky's the limit to transforming your health.
          &#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           You have owned the GTO Board over 2 years now; what is your impression of the product?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It’s very easy to use – I like that part. And I’ve found when I use it, I have much better balance. Even just a few times using it, I feel improvement. That really surprised me because I thought it would take quite a while to feel change. I can do it for a week and feel dramatic change.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Where do you practice on the GTO Board in your house?
          &#xD;

           In the kitchen, while I’m making coffee.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Do you feel safe on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Absolutely. For example, I’m standing in my kitchen on the board, with my fingertips on the kitchen counter and as the user you determine how you are going to be on the board. If you feel unsteady, you can stop. It’s kind of use it at your own speed, which is good.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What do you really like about the GTO Board style design of the product?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I like it because it is not too huge. It’s big enough for my feet to rest on it very comfortably. Some of the exercise appliances are very large and would take up a lot of space in my house. This one you can place it behind a door, slip it behind a piece of furniture, or in a closet. I’m happy with that aspect of it. Regarding the design of the board, the colors are very relaxing - I like that. It sticks out and the design has a little bit of personality to it, so you know what it is when you see it. Also, I like all the directions on the back, or suggestions on the back, of the GTO Board.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Have you found that the GTO Board helps you feel more energized to do more activities?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            It makes it easier to do the things I do. I really don’t have a lot of time in my day to add more activities. I schedule my day, so I keep busy and at the same time, the GTO Board helps me do things more comfortably.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What would you say to someone who is thinking of purchasing the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It’s good value. I belong to a gym and don’t go there much. I use the GTO balance board because it saves me time. And, I’m happy to use the board because it fits into my time schedule much more easily.
            &#xD;

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Staff: Hi Steve, we are back talking two hours later, and I’m going to start by saying how glad I am to hear you being active. We even have our government focusing now on how we can improve our health, so I’m excited to hear about your downhill snow skiing activities. What do you think?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Steve: “It is good to hear about our health and how we can improve it because it has been a long time since it seems we were even able to talk about it. Now there is more open discussion.”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What is your overall perception when you first received and tried the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Steve: The GTO Board helps your follow-through with what you, the instructor, said to do with the balance board. It does the things you say it does – it helps you with awareness of your balance.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Where do you practice on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Steve: In my home I found a place where my hands can hold onto a bar – and, because I’m tall, I can’t find a chair that is high enough for proper support, so this works well for me.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Do you feel safe on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Steve: Oh yeah! It’s really only an inch or two off the ground, so it’s safe.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           How has your balance improved since you started using the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Steve: I’ve always focused on balance because of my past gymnastics and skiing background. I value balance and feel it is critical, yet it’s always in the back of my mind. Now the GTO Board reminds me of the importance of balance training especially when I’m feeling a little bit off balance.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           How do you feel the GTO Board will help you as an avid experienced downhill snow skier?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Steve: Well, again, for me, with skiing, it’s all about right leg, left leg, and balance. I’ve always had an awareness of balance because my legs and feet are different sizes. I’ve overcompensated and developed an extremely good balance for a guy that has 1 leg and foot longer. So, I think because of this disability, I have turned it into an ability.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           With skiing, you can’t forget to ski. I tell this to my friends when we go skiing because there’s so many distractions. So, the GTO Board helps me to refocus on balance training, so I can enjoy skiing more, and don’t have to think about balance when I'm on the slopes.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Have you noticed more family, friends or acquaintances struggling with any balance issues?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Steve: Yes, I notice my father has lost his balance as he has gotten older. I think the more you concentrate on balance in your younger age, it will be more beneficial in your later age.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           What would you say to someone who is thinking of purchasing the GTO Board?

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Steve: Save for it. Put your money to work for you and your health. It is a tool in your tool kit. You want to have the right tools for the right jobs – without the right tool, the job doesn’t get done. So, just like you know, any balance, whether you are talking about balance for your mind, spiritual or physical, it’s important to find balance in your life.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           What is your overall perception when you first received and tried the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;

           Dr. H: It’s a solid, well-made product! When I stepped onto it the first time, I felt all the little muscles working. The more I used it the better my balance felt. As an older adult, it’s important for me to have better balance and flexibility overall.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           How many times per week do you practice on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dr. H: 3x/week and sometimes more.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Do you feel safe on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Dr. H: Absolutely! Nothing unsafe about it.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What improvements, with your activities, do you feel after 1 month on the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dr. H: Well I’ve been using the GTO board for more than 6 months now, but I remember how much better I felt on my paddleboard after the first month. I began paddleboarding when I retired about 18 months ago; standing up on it for the last 8-10 months now.  After working on the GTO Board, my balance is much better and my ability to shift weight as I use my paddleboard is amazing. It’s been a game changer!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Have you tried the upper extremity GTO Board exercises yet?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dr. H: I haven’t incorporated them into my routine yet.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What would you say to someone who is thinking of purchasing the GTO Board?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dr. H: Buy it and try it. Don’t just put it into the corner. Set a routine and use it.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           What are you looking for at this stage of your life, to make it better?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Dr. H: I work out several times a week, but I needed something else in my routine to help overcome the pitfalls of getting older like loss of balance and falling. The GTO Board makes me use all the small muscles in my legs and core. Everything is firing! It’s important for older adults to work on balance and with the GTO Board, all those little muscles that help with balance and keep me moving get worked. Incorporating the GTO Board into my routine helps prevent sarcopenia.(Sarcopenia is a condition characterized by the gradual loss of muscle mass, strength, and function. It is typically associated with aging and can significantly impact a person's physical abilities and overall health.)
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
