Shipping (and Handling) Information:

1) We may use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver merchandise to you.

2) Delivery rate is a fixed amount of $5.50 for orders less than 5 lbs (pounds) and GTO Board shipment will be fixed amount of $45.

We do our best to keep the information on this page as accurate as possible, but occasionally the price may be inaccurate. In this case, please contact us by any available means to inform us about the inaccuracy and we will take necessary measures to correct the information.

3) We ship only inside the United States (US), if you would like a physical (not digital) product(s) shipped to you outside of the US, please contact us via our website contact page and we may be able to accommodate your request.

4) The orders placed will be packaged and processed for shipping within 1-2 business day, then shipped within 1-3 business days.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You are always welcome to return or exchange the GTO Board product purchased at lifetakesbalance.com

We DO NOT except returns for clothing, like T-shirt(s) & Towels. We do not accept returns of clothing material due to caution of hygiene and safety measures between customers.

You have 30 days to decide if the GTO Board is right for you. The item must be returned to Life Takes Balance address in proper condition and in protective packaging to receive refund. Upon returned item(s), it is at the sole discretion of Life Takes Balance management if product has been misused or not in original condition, which would not allow refund.

Refund Options

We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged, and the package is in proper condition:

- Replacement. We will replace the item with another one of better quality, or color.

- Money refund. We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.

Although you are free to choose preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Life Takes Balance or for customers.

How to Return a Purchased Item

Fill out a letter explaining your return: add correctly your order number, the product you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you are waiting for a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return.

Repackage the item to send

Take your parcel to any UPS or Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.
